Mini Taco Snacks

These mini taco snacks are a fun and flavorful way to serve tortillas for gatherings and casual meals.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 wheat tortillas (cut into small circles)

  • 200 g minced beef or chicken

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 1 tomato, diced

  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce

  • Lettuce

  • Grated cheddar cheese

  • Corn

PREPARATION

  • Cook the minced meat with onion in a pan until browned.

  • Add tomato and hot sauce, then simmer briefly.

  • Place tortilla circles into small oven-safe bowls to form mini cups.

  • Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 5 minutes until lightly crisp.

  • Fill with the prepared meat mixture.

  • Top with cheese, corn, and lettuce before serving.
